Hello, Pleased to meet you!
Neon started as a traditional recruitment agency in 2019. It soon became apparent that the world doesn’t need another recruitment agency that “isn’t like other agencies” I’ve spent years with frustrated SMEs who don’t need another considerable recruitment bill; they need the tools to do it themselves.
Instead of talking about how to improve recruitment, let's actually do something about it. Instead of moaning about not being able to find talented candidates, why don’t we try being proactive? Why don’t we try doing it differently, considering the challenge rather than the difficulty, and bringing that function back into your business, under your careful watch, where you can be master of your own destiny?
And if you still want us to do it for you, we can.

In her spare time, you can find Samm at the Nespresso machine, with a kettlebell in her hand, or day dreaming over a national geographic article.

A true sunshine yellow, The only Shari in recruitment, a professional tea drinker, smashes a workout in her spare time and is known where she lives as “that cat lady.”
You can get everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.
