Neon started as a traditional recruitment agency in 2019, but it soon became apparent that the world doesn’t need another recruitment agency that “isn’t like its competitors” I’ve spent years with frustrated SME’s who don’t need another huge recruitment bill, they need the tools to do it themselves.

Instead of talking about how to make recruitment better, lets actually DO something about it. Instead of moaning about not being able to find talented candidates, why don’t we try being pro-active? I’m Samm and I’ve worked in recruitment in one form or another for nearly ten years, I live in Bedfordshire with my awesome other half and my son Saul in the wonderful town of Ampthill. My passion is to make your business a better place through the right people at the right time, placed in a fair and open manner with everyone’s best interest at heart.
